John Chancey

I'm a software engineer in Columbus, Ohio, and I've spent three years writing software for warehouses. Right now I'm researching how people print from web apps and servers: shipping labels, receipts, packing slips, anything that has to come out of a specific printer in a specific building.

If you deal with this, as a developer or as the person who gets called when a label doesn't print, I'd like a 20-minute conversation about what's worked, what hasn't, and what you ended up doing.

I'm not selling anything and I'm not affiliated with any printing company. I keep notes for myself and won't share what you say, or that we talked, without asking you first.
